Missions
Shipments/receipts of our products are made in one of the following ways:
- With a courier company
- With a transport company
Delivery time
If you are in Thessaloniki or any other city in Greece (excluding islands and hard-to-reach areas) you will receive your order in 1 to 3 working days.
If you are on an island or a hard-to-reach area, you will receive your order in 1 to 4 business days.
All deliveries are made from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. In case you are absent, it will take another 2 working days to deliver the parcel to you, leaving you a notice to contact Courier company.
Tip: If you work and you don’t have someone to pick up your order at home, we advise you to declare your work address as the parcel’s shipping address, since the order, as we mentioned, can be delivered from 9.00 to 19.00, hours that most likely you will work.
To facilitate collection, it would be a good idea to include your mobile phone number in the contact information.
Payments
- By depositing into a PIRAEUS bank account.
- Through e-banking.
- By charging your credit or debit card.
- Cash on delivery.

Returns
In any case that for some reason you were not satisfied with the product you selected, you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. The company will make sure to refund you the amount of money you paid for the purchase of the device, as well as the cost of shipping costs if any.
To return a product, it must be in the condition in which you received it, with the packaging and any distinguishing features intact. In addition the safety tape must be intact. It should also be accompanied by the documents included in the package, as well as the retail sales receipt or invoice-shipping note. Otherwise, the return of the product will not be accepted.
In the product return process, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request. However, the refund may be delayed if the business does not receive the products or the return receipt.
